Pastor Chris Oyakhilome (December 7 63, Nigeria) was born to a faith-based family and loving, devoted parents. He is the youngest son of Elder T.E Oyakhilome. Angelina, one of the early pioneers of the Assemblies of God's Church in Benin City, as well as the matriarch of the Oyakhilome clan. Oyakhilome family, who instilled her faith in God's grace to her son very early.

The LoveWorld ministry is a collaboration between the entire family. Reverend Ken is his brother and is the revered pastor at Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church. He is also a member of the Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren is the director for the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry which houses a number of top gospel artists.

While still in university, the Man of God established what would eventually turn out to be the biggest congregation in the world. It started with a small group of prayer called 'Youth for Christ'. Christ Embassy has strong presences in Pastor Chris’s native Nigeria as well as South Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States. Two Healing Schools are situated in South Africa and Canada. In Canada, Pastor Chris hosts special sessions throughout the year that allow the manifestation of miracles.

Music and Gospel Music are integral parts of worship. Pastor Chris encourages Christ Embassy Churches to have an ensemble trained by the Loveworld Music and Arts Ministry, and through the spirit and direction of Pastor Chris Oyakhilome many of these musicians go on to pursue successful solo careers.

The Future African Leaders Foundation focuses its efforts on the ongoing ministry of Pastor Chris. It's focused on developing and recognizing young leaders, and preparing them to be successful in the years to come. Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, a passionate philanthropist founded the Chris Oyakhilome Foundation Inter (COFI) as an independent, non-profit charity that is aiming to aid communities in need and people in the poorest regions of the globe.

Apart from preaching the gospel message, the Man Of God has also set up a variety of non-profit organizations which are charged with providing essential services and hope to the most vulnerable and neglected people.  Pastor Chris Oyakhilome COFI has five partners who have all committed to improving living standards in some of the areas that are the least developed.
